I got problem with washing machine model XPB-SXC14 its only 18months old
Issue Dryer Door Spring broken
For parts i ask Hisense U.A.E. company & Distributer Jumbo Electronics in Dubai they reply NO PARTS.
My Advice DO NOT BUY HISENSE PRODUCTS.
Before we have use other Hitachi & Haier brands company products i never face any problem or any issue of produts faulty or damage.
Also the parts are avilable with the distributor
